About Mike Payne
Mike Payne is a coach, facilitator and co-founder of 'The BIY Project'.
He values humanity and humour whatever the situation.
Mike has a breadth of understanding and perspective having worked for 8 years in each of the 'not for profit', private and public sectors, which he brings into and across each of these three 'sectors' and his coaching.
He has also been lucky in working with some inspiring organisations addressing some of the broader challenges facing us today:
- With the New Economics Foundation developing coaching methods in low income areas, an approach which is now 'mainstream'.
- As trainer with 'Transition Towns' delivering courses for Transition initiatives.
Just as he encourages everyone to reach their full potential Mike works with his own coach, and other sources of support both nationally and internationally, to continue to learn and grow.
