In the work setting I support people in leadership roles in 'not for profit' organisations and business owners/directors in the private sector, notably for issues around sustainability and resilience.

Helping you identify effective solutions which hold true to your values while maintaining personal balance amongst all the exterior pressures - with a space for laughter along the way.

And on a purely personal level I work with people away from any work situation, supporting 'mind, body and spirit'.

I particularly enjoy problems/challenges where:

The solutions identified do not match the scale and complexity of the problem.
There is something blocking progress, but you cannot put your finger on it.
Or they are unusually 'thorny'.

And by tackling these help increase your capacity to overcome future hurdles.
