Explores through simple processes and humanity how the energy, ideas and solutions when drawn from within 'the group' lead to resilient solutions and action at a sustainable pace.

Support is tailored for the following situations:
- Voluntary & Community Groups who want practical and independent support to help them overcome hurdles they face.
- Enterprise and Regeneration Coaches seeking to develop their skills and understanding of this area.
- Project Managers who seek training for their teams.

Much of this work is based upon and evolved from methodologies promoted by the New Economics Foundation.
